To understand and appreciate what The Travel Corporation is all about, you must know something about Stanley Tollman, for his soul is imprinted upon us, and everything we do.
He was a giant of a man in every sense, fiercely intelligent, witty and creative, seeking out those things that inspired him, then improving and transforming them into something wholly different and better in every way.
He had the ability, desire and passion to soak up what life offered, finding beauty in tiny overlooked moments as well as grand events, and the out-of-nowhere curve balls life throws us. What ever the time, one needed to push forward. “To Never Shirk a Journey”. Through it all, his cup of life was filled to the brim with a sense of delight, adventure and curiosity. His was a powerful spirit, one that brought out the best in all of us.

Stanley Tollman was a philanthropist in the truest sense of the word, a lover of life and a lover of people. He lived to provide joy and a sense of adventure and love of life. This ethos was shared to all travelers who has traveled with our brands. For all those who worked in TTC, he instilled with all and who have the belief, that we must be driven by service. It was this fiercely held belief that guided his vision and passion which in turn raised the bar in both the worlds of travel and hospitality.
