In 2019, we launched our employee resource group, TTC IDEA, to provide employees with a dedicated safe space to explore the complex concept of identities that make us who we are. IDEA stands for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action, and offers a platform for employees with similar backgrounds or interests to connect, support, share experiences, and learn from one another. These global Communities also provide insights and recommendations on TTC policies, practices, and initiatives related to diversity and inclusion. Our IDEA Communities
TTC Pride Community
The TTC IDEA Pride Community aims to create a global network of LGBTQIA+ colleagues and allies who can collectively educate, celebrate and empower diversity within TTC. The community prioritizes the internal support of LGBTQIA+ colleagues, allies, and related initiatives.
TTC Wellness Community
The TTC IDEA Wellness Community focuses on the unique experiences, challenges, and strengths of individuals. The group works to identify opportunities, share stories, empower, and help eliminate barriers that shape career progression.
TTC Women’s Community
The TTC IDEA Women’s Community focuses on addressing the unique experiences and challenges faced by women in the travel industry. The Community works to identify and eliminate barriers women face in the travel industry, advocates for policy changes, hosts mentoring programs and offers professional development opportunities.
TTC Disability Community
TTC I.D.E.A. Disability Community focuses on visible and invisible disabilities and works to identify opportunities and help eliminate barriers that shape career progression.
TTC Parents Community
The TTC IDEA Parents Community is an inclusive and supportive group to help parents at all stages of parenthood, from expecting to enjoying grandchildren. The goal is to support, share, and help identify needs and solutions for the benefit of our TTC Families.
TTC BIPOC Community
The TTC IDEA BIPOC Community is a safe, confidential, and respectful space where members are encouraged to explore and reflect on the complex concept of identities and create opportunities to understand, learn and support other diverse and underserved identities.
