OUR IDENTITY CIRCLES
When you join The Travel Corporation, your diverse perspective and life experiences are supported, celebrated and welcomed. TTC I.D.E.A is open to all employees globally, and everyone is welcome to join their regional I.D.E.A Chapter. Each region offers several Identity Circle Communities to connect with as a member or an ally.

At TTC, we are all connected by our love of travel. The TTC is EPIC (Every Person Is Connected) I.D.E.A Community explores our variety of cultures, customs, traditions, and histories.
TTC Pride Community
TTC I.D.E.A. Pride Community is an inclusive cohort of colleagues identifying as LGBTQIA+. A respectful space to reflect on the complex concept of identity – both shared and unique – while also learning how to better support each other.
Women of TTC Community
Women of TTC I.D.E.A Community focuses on the unique experiences and strengths of our gender in the travel industry. We work to identify opportunities to empower women in tourism, share stories and eliminate barriers.
